I received my drone on June 17, and it did not work properly right out of the box. It was unable to generate enough lift to take off, even after I fully charged everything and verified that all the motor connections and propellers were installed correctly.
I contacted customer support the same day and included a video showing the issue. They responded on June 18 asking for additional photos, which I provided that same day. After that, I received no further communication. I followed up again on June 23 and June 26, but both messages were ignored.
Because the deadline to dispute the charge with my bank was approaching and I still hadn’t received any response from the company, I was forced to file a chargeback to protect myself.
A defective product can happen, but completely ignoring a customer for weeks after they provide everything you requested is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Absolutely horrible communication
I ordered my drone and flew it twice just hovering, the next day i go to use the drone again and it cant get itself to hover or move around normally just sitting there making noise and stumbling. When the issue was brought up i recieved an email telling me to send pictures and videos when i did i recieved such a delayed response and i had to do a follow up email, even after this i had to wait a week and more pressure for a response then the support just went cold on me Absolutely disappointed in service, product, and communication 0 out of 10

Perfect first drone.
Amazing price that comes with everything you need to start. Very resilient to crashes even on concrete or speeding into a wall really fast and then onto concrete. The goggles and controller are.. good for the price just keep expectations in check but they work and do everything you need to start learning.
