Hummingbird 305 4in1 ESC 80A 3-8S AM32 30x30 Built for Durability & Reliability

The Hummingbird 305 4in1 ESC 80A 3–8S AM32 30x30 is engineered for pilots who demand uncompromising power, durability, and clean design in high-performance FPV drones. Designed to handle up to 80A continuous for 10 seconds and 100A burst for 3 seconds per channel, this ESC delivers reliable current output for even the most demanding builds from 5-inch freestyle drones to 10-inch long-range platforms.

Featuring a 6-layer, 3oz copper PCB with blind via gold plating, the Hummingbird 305 4in1 ESC maximizes electrical conductivity and thermal dissipation. The board integrates three massive onboard TVS diodes, providing surge protection rated for over 1.5kW peak power—eliminating the need for external TVS components.

Powered by the AT32F421 MCU with a built-in gate driver, this ESC runs AM32 firmware for ultra-smooth throttle response and modern configurability. The corner-mounted capacitor pads make it easy to add extra filtering for large drone builds like 7” or 10”, without messy wiring.

If you’re building a heavy-duty, reliable FPV system with up to 8S LiPo support, the Hummingbird 305 4in1 ESC is the bulletproof power system you need.

Hummingbird 305 4in1 ESC 80A 3-8S AM32 30x30 – GREAT SCOTT!

Okay. NOW WE'RE TALKING.

This bad boy is currently powering a 6S, 6-inch ultralight, high-performance bi-blade shredder running 1950KV motors.

And HOLY MOTHER OF THROTTLE RESOLUTION.

THIS. KWAD. RIPS.

You know that scene in Back to the Future when Marty McFly hits 88mph and is struck by lightning and the DeLorean disappears into a cloud of smoke, leaving those flaming tire tracks behind?

Yeah. That's what flying this thing feels like.

Except instead of traveling through time, I'm traveling directly into the next county at an irresponsible rate of knots.

And the ESC?

THE ESC IS THE FLUX CAPACITOR.

It's sitting there quietly conducting electricity while the rest of the aircraft commits crimes against the space-time continuum.

80 amps. AM32. 3–8S. 30x30.

Currently handling my 6S shenanigans without complaint. This setup is an absolute riot, and the Hummingbird 305 is earning every bit of praise.

I've had some products that were perfectly adequate. I've had some that made me question my purchasing decisions.

This one? This one gets a standing ovation.

Verdict: 10/10. Great Scott!

If you're going to build a time machine, you might as well make it fly. Just remember: 1.21 gigawatts is NOT a recommended ESC current rating.

I know Chris Rosser did a thermal check on these and they were mid. Dunno if it was a batch thing, but mine land hot, not melting.

9/10. Would visit Doc Brown with these again.

Finally something that works!

I have been trying for months to build a 7” drone and the ESC and motors smoked before I got it off the ground. Finally gave up and got a 5” frame with Hummingbird flight stack. The rumors are true. Drones actually fly! The thing is amazingly fast and I almost lost it. Destroyed my antennas, so I have some fixing to do. Happy with the stack and the fact it has survived so far!

Solid ESC, and stack overall.

Really solid and very will made ESC's (and stack), using in MultiGP Pro Spec 7" quad that is doing laps every weekend, not disappointed, proud to have NBD as the local shop!

I love this thing

Never fails. These have been my go to since they came out. They work and I can go hard on these during flight. Best bang for your buck.

Quality Products at an affordable price!

I ordered this esc based on a good friend of mines suggestion. I really trust his advice as hes tried and has almost every combination of drone components and knows what's good and goes well together.
Anyhow, I haven't gotten to try this esc out yet but the quality is amazing to say the least! It truely is a beautiful, ock solid esc!
Anyhow. The other day I got to see his 10" Beast class quad that has this stack in it, rip a lil and yeah, now im purchasing the fc to complete my stack!
