I was a little apprehensive initially about the 4-1 Esc being integrated into the FC , it’s weird looking at it because there’s literally nothing there ! I don’t know how they do it but man it works .....
(PROS) Lighter than my chimera 4” , runs longer than the chimera, comes with the DJI HD cam, tuned better than the chimera. GPS is lightening fast ! (CONS) not a very robust 4-1 Esc , settings on betaflight were terribly janky, took awhile to straighten out, other than that you can’t beat the price for what you get.
Bottom line is only time will tell how long this 4-1 Esc will hold out, as long as I don’t do any punch outs it’ll probably be ok but my experience with whimpy 4-1’s like this is they don’t last long and typically give up the ghost if even slightly used more than casual flight.
they have a nice grippy slightly rounded top for thumbers, which I have always been, but they are also scalloped with 2 different radius for hybrid pinchers which I have wanted to use but never felt comfortable with until now. I think I am switching thanks to these sticks. fits my AG01 perfectly.
I bought it for longer flights with 6s motors, so that I can have more control and smoothness for cinematic stuff. I haven’t tested it to it’s limits because I don’t have any 5” quads with motors over 1960kv so I can’t take advantage of the C-rating the way a 4S motor would, but it has held up for me.
