Akira is a 465mm X8 Cinelifter made for 9" props. The arms are custom molded and 10mm thick, with continuous carbon fibers running along their entire length for incredible stiffness.
The clean plate is Tilta ready. The DAC cam mount is available as an add-on.
Frame weight 700g, DAC mount 154g.
Due to the new and experimental nature of the arms manufacturing process, the arms may exceed 10mm in thickness. The difference is made up with the spacer so that the stack height remains at 20mm.
they have a nice grippy slightly rounded top for thumbers, which I have always been, but they are also scalloped with 2 different radius for hybrid pinchers which I have wanted to use but never felt comfortable with until now. I think I am switching thanks to these sticks. fits my AG01 perfectly.
I bought it for longer flights with 6s motors, so that I can have more control and smoothness for cinematic stuff. I haven’t tested it to it’s limits because I don’t have any 5” quads with motors over 1960kv so I can’t take advantage of the C-rating the way a 4S motor would, but it has held up for me.
