The Hota H6 Smart Charger is great for charging large batteries due to the high 700W DC input power. With AC input, it can charge with 200W.
The charger fits all of its amazing charging power and features in a small 108x67x60mm footprint and only 410 grams- it'll easily fit onto any bench and backpack!
One-touch battery charging, AC/DC input, and external regenerative discharging makes this charger one of the most convenient to use! 700W regenerative discharging removes power from fully charged batteries and transfers it to the battery powering the charger.
A high efficiency circuit keeps the charger cool and minimizes power waste.
Included is a 5V USB output that can be used to charge phones, GoPro batteries, and more!
Features: • Amazing power to size ratio • Up to 700W charging power on DC • Fully protected with SCP, OLP, OVP, OTP, and OCP • Smart touch button technology • Up to 700W unique regenerative discharge capability • 2.4" IPS display • Built-in micro USB for firmware updates
I wanted something that was packable and easy to take with. Got tired of needing to pack a large radio, neck straps, and all of the needed padding to just fly my whoops when traveling. This radio is so much easier to throw in a bag and fly with. Coming from a Taranis X9D plus, the pocket is a lot lighter and easier to carry. Gimbals feel good and it’s comfortable when holding. It’s the first small radio I tried that I was able to feel comfortable with. Compared to Zorro and TX12, the Pocket feels a lot more balanced. Highly recommended as a travel or only radio if you want something light and easy to carry.
Some downsides:
1. Arming/disarming takes a bit to get used to since there are not traditional switches.
2. Even though there are 5 position switches for the trims, you can’t use the center press as a switch like Jumper
3. The case is glossy, I wish it was more textured like DJI radios for better grip.
4. The speaker makes a buzzing sound when powered on and sometimes switching things in menus.
Otherwise great radio that’s easy to fly and live with.
I flew drones yrs ago. I dabbled in all types of drones from tiny whoops to 4 inch freestyle/acro quads to cine dji. Good beginner starter bundle. Definitely worth the $.
