This is a good Drone only for people who understand how to solder and set up different components on FPV drones already. In my experience, I ran through beta flight and everything looked normal. I adjusted settings and modes. No problem.
One thing I noticed is that the receiver, nor the GPS were powered on via USB. 1.) It’s Good to get the GPS hot before you takeoff to acquire satellites via USB. This does not have that capability until re-soldering. 2.) You cannot bind via USB and your radio. Lastly, whenever I Went to bind the receiver and update the RX, The receiver shut off mid process, until I flicked at it and then pressed the blind button a couple of times to re-enter bind mode. After re-powered on everything set up normally.
I set everything up and then went to fly (the next morning). At first, I flew a couple of laps pretty close to myself. Within 500 feet of range. Then I took it over 1000, then 1500 about four batteries in, I mentioned the last battery. I went to takeoff and at about 1000 feet or a little more away. I FAILSAFED and dropped her right out of the sky. (((( Because I’m a d and did not have return to set up.))) It took me like 10 minutes to find this drone because I was Flying along visible landmarks, and based on reviewing flight footage could use longitude latitude, and also visual markers to find the drone. I knew I could not trust Drone after what happened to me setting it up.
After that incident, everything was fine until the next afternoon I went to plug the battery in and takeoff and noticed that nothing was happening on my radio. The receiver had no power again! (Excited;happy exclamation) I felt happy because I figured out that there is an internal problem with the receiver and not something that is wrong with the flight controller or some weird issues. I unplugged and replug the battery and it worked.
So after I popped off the top plate again, I changed the beeper, I had already moved crossfire to the front of the quad copter. And then whenever I popped out the 03 air unit to look at it (((BECAUSE IT WAS FLICKERING Upon landing and would not display post flights statistics)
When I lifted up the air unit and looked at the way, the cable was wrapped… It was wrapped around the positive lead. And the positive side capacitor wire beyond the nice electrical tape had a slit in it conveniently. You can say that was accidentally cut when they were trying to strip the wire. I feel like they didn’t want you to have this quad for very long based upon the way I saw things set up. There were loose arms on this quad and motors. You have to check this thing over when you get it. You cannot just set it up and fly away with it, you will definitely lose it. And I’m sure that’s what the manufacturer intended as well. They were meant for one flight missions.
Now I’m sorry to post a review like this. But I’ve never gotten a bind and fly That’s set up up and rigged with “booby traps like this.” I’m still going to recommend this quad if you have experience, and understand what you’re doing. Because it is a beautiful bird and she does deserve to be flown gracefully, elegantly, With style and charisma in the mountains or long range. This Drone deserves a good life and deserves to fly a long life.
If you’ve been looking at it, get it!!!
And NEWBEE DRONE Has awesome customer service, they are super responsive, can answer any questions and help you troubleshoot. I would highly recommend getting any of your stuff from NEWBEE Drone. You can trust them!!!

Incredibly well tuned and built
I have no clue why no one talks about this quad it's incredible, it flies extremely smooth/controlled and is clearly well built. The way the DJI O3 antennas attach is pretty tight though not sure if this was a design feature but it seems to work.
I can't speak on the actual long range ability because I bought it to put a larger camera on it and don't have an upgraded ELRS transmitter but I have great signal far out.
