Terms & Agreement (International Order & Shipping)

1. Import Tax Responsibility: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country's customs department. These additional charges must be borne by you; NewBeeDrone is not responsible for these costs.
2. Contact Information Requirement: For successful delivery, a valid phone number is essential. This will enable the shipping company to contact you for any custom clearance procedures or delivery-related queries.
3. Refusal of Receipt and Return Policy: If you refuse to receive the package for any reason (e.g., high customs taxes, finding a cheaper deal elsewhere), leading to its return to NewBeeDrone, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your original order amount and refund the balance. Return shipping costs can be up to four times the original shipping cost.
4. Signature Requirement: All international shipments require a receiver's signature upon delivery to ensure secure delivery and mitigate the risk of loss.
5. Product Nature and Usage Responsibility: Our products are hobby-grade items, not toys. It is your responsibility to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for their use. NewBeeDrone does not provide extensive training or lessons on building or operating our products.
6. Return Policy for International Shipment: If you wish to return a product, it must be shipped back via DHL or UPS, securely packaged, and safe during transit. Provide us with the tracking number. Unopened products are eligible for a 100% refund, whereas opened products will incur a 30% restocking fee. Used products (identifiable by signs of use) are not eligible for return.
7. Credit Card Fraud Prevention: For international orders exceeding 200 USD, to prevent credit card fraud, we require a Photo ID to match the name on the credit card. Orders under 200 USD are exempt from this requirement. This step is crucial due to the high rate of credit card fraud and is in place to protect both you and our business.
8. Missing Package/Failure to delivery: For your peace of mind on international shipments, we recommend purchasing Order Protect shipping insurance. Without it, NewBeeDrone may only offer a credit of up to $100 for missing or undelivered packages, depending on the situation.
