Frustrated with constantly fixing struts and breaking frames, we set out to find something better.
We worked with a number of manufacturers and after numerous prototypes and revisions, we are proud to introduce the Cockroach Super-Durable Brushless Frame for Tiny Whoop style quads.
Traditional Looks and Geometry maintain those flight characteristics you are used to and ensure easy compatibility with the Beebrain as well as most other popular flight controllers.
Lightweight and Durable. We found a more forgiving and resilient material that doesn't sacrifice in weight or stiffness. Struts and other key support components have been redesigned to distribute and dissipate stress from crashes and falls. Total weight 3.71g
Easy and Inexpensive. None of this is any good if its super difficult to use and super expensive. So we made sure we set out to make something affordable. Key tolerances have also been fine tuned to make installation and removal much easier.
Honestly I feel this frame is more stiffer and robust than the betafpv meteor65 frame. It can handle a lot of hard crashes, light weight too. It protects the props and the motor shafts well in crashes unlike the meteor 65 frame that is too flexible and gives very less prop protection.

4 because I haven't tried it yet.
I purchased this as a tentative replacement for my IGOW quad. I luckily haven't destroyed my current frame (B-Whoop green), so I haven't gotten to try the cockroach yet. This being said, it looks great and appears to be even more durable than my current frame. Can't wait to give her a spin!
Even flying the same 65mm brushless frame for nearly two yrs. Tried to do a flip after about 4 months off and smacked the quad upside down right to the floor. My bad. Only things that broke was the camera canopy and 2 screws broke off of the frame. Replaced with new cockroach frame and canopy… works better than it did before. ;)
Still building it, but this sucker gets five stars for completeness. Seems to have a double supply of screws and standoffs, plus it comes with a full set of TPU bits—antenna mount, xt30 mount, a little sled for the receiver, and shoes—that you won’t get from cncdrones.
These batteries might actually be worth it in terms of dollars per flight time! They last over five minutes when my old lower end batteries last three minutes, and they’ve even lasted for seven on a freestyle quad in a tight environment. Plus it’s always fun to have a battery that can actually kind of handle full throttle for extended periods!
I tried to be cheap and find crappy clones of all these tools... it's not cheaper, it's very expensive to buy just a prop wrench, just a m3 nylock wrench and buying hex drivers and wire strippers. It totalled me 90$. This ethix toolkit was cheaper and got me exactly what I wanted and needed for my drone kit
