I attempted to fly the new drone indoors a few times, and during one of those attempts, one of the motors stopped functioning. The issue is clearly visible in the video I provided.
Customer support asked me to send the drone back for diagnosis. However, I’m concerned about their policy, which states that if they determine the damage was caused by the customer (for example, due to a crash), they may either keep the drone or repair it at the customer’s expense, including shipping costs.
This policy lacks transparency and puts the customer at a disadvantage. Additionally, I have read similar feedback online from other users experiencing the same issue, which suggests that this may not be an isolated case.

Not bad!
I might have been too rough on the handling so I had to buy a few parts early. I can see myself meeting the learning curve on handling the drone capability. This kit lets me appreciate flying and component maintenance. I will be upgrading to a zappier drone soon .

I only found 2 things wrong with this drone but they are 2 simple fixes.
1 The front right Motor went out super super quick and the back right motor is also starting to go out.
2 the frame is also very very fragile, especially when doing maintenance.
Fixes: I'd say buy either replacement motors or an upgrade. Theyre super simple to fix and easy to replace. The frame is also super easy to replace and if you have a 3d printer i highly recommend using it to 3d print your own frames.
Other than that its a super solid drone for beginers, highly recommend just be sure to buy spare parts, you WILL break this thing.

Drone is not working properly flight board is defective would like my money back not happy with the product rear right motor is burned out replaced it with a gold motor from your company and burned out the right rear again I think flight board is bad good like a reimbursement and we'll be happy to send product back to you
