It is not advisable to proceed with modifications without the necessary knowledge and expertise. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safe operation of the drone.
Note* The 27000kv motor on your device is designed for high performance and may be too strong for most users. To ensure safety, the factory has set the device to only use 80% of the maximum power by default. However, if you require more power, it is possible to adjust the settings through the Betaflight software, which can be accessed under the PID tab. Please note that increasing the power beyond the default setting may increase the risk of damage to the device or injury to yourself or others, and should be done with caution.
So I mistakenly nought the ghost version of the blv4, not knowing what I was buying. So that required me to get a new radio, along with the ghost protocol TX. And I'm okay with that, because I know it'll serve me in the future with other drones but not being able to bind and fly was a let down. But other than that the blv4 has been awesome. I am getting some issues with vtx not being able to go as far as the ghost can go, and Idk if that's an issue with my headset or the drone itself. It flies pretty good. Very responsive. Very low latency. Doesn't handle wind to well, but it's an indoor drone so. Newbeedrone did have customer care support, wich was amazing. I loved that when I had an issue they responded to help me out. I definitely will be buying other products from them.
Update process is cumbersome, better if done with the VTX out of the quad. Also the update port is much flimsier than the earlier 2 antenna versions, IMO.
I use this mont for all my builds with a DJI O3 system. It comes with all the hardware nessassery and I like how is provides a small gap between the frame and the air unit so you can run wires under it. With all that said, it is still very low profile to fit on builds that use short 20mm standoffs too.
This thing is really fun and I haven't had to touch the PIDs at all. Super maneuverable on high rates and really mellow on low rates. I'm teaching my six year old grandson how to fly and he's doing great with it then raise the rates and I doing freestyle in my livingroom. Top off the performance with Newbeedrones awesome customer service and you can't lose. Newbeedrone is now my go to site for whoop stuff.
