Warranty & Support Terms
Warranty covers DOA (Dead on Arrival) units only.
To qualify for warranty, the drone must be returned in unused, unmodified, and undamaged condition—free from crashes, scratches, missing parts, or soldering modifications.
Physical crash damage, pilot error, or misuse is not covered under any circumstance.
Each RaceSpec unit is hand-assembled and fully tested by our in-house pilots before shipping. The likelihood of receiving a defective unit is extremely low.
We cannot absorb damage costs caused by user crashes, especially given the rising operational costs from recent tariff changes.
If you’re unsure about your ability to fly and maintain a professional racing drone, we strongly recommend choosing a more beginner-friendly model Hummingbird V4 Standard Version..

Important Notice: If you experience issues with your drone, do not flash the firmware. Simply perform a factory reset using the configuration tool (e.g., Betaflight Configurator) and then do an accelerometer calibration. For further assistance, please contact our support team.
