We are excited to introduce the Nitro Nectar Gold Series HV Lipo Battery Series! They use a different battery packaging technology that provides a better discharging rate for those who like to push the limit! We tested these batteries with our powerhouse 1S craft, the AcroBee BeeBrain BL BNF and they are built to keep up with the demand of raw thrust! After 3 months testing, we are now ready to bring them to the market for whoop pilots across the world!
Lightweight, durable and plenty of power to bring home the Gold!
NOTE: These packs are designed to deliver a major amount of power! With the discharge rate that gives these packs such power, you will feel pack sag much later than normal packs. We suggest setting the low voltage reading to 3.5v per cell and bringing it in to land at 3.3v per cell. You are able to fly below 3.3v but that may result in battery degradation.
Good lightweight HV lipos for small crafts. I’ve even slapped these on a 65mm whoop with my 0804 12,000kvs just for funsies and it was interesting to say the least.
Of course I have to solder up my own XT30 to GNB 27 connector so I could plug into my charger but is wasn’t too big of a deal. Otherwise you could do like some others and chop it an ad an XT30. I like GNB 27 as well though so I’m keeping it as is for now.
They have 2s chargers out there that only charge through the balance cable so if you absolutely can’t solder that can be an option, but the one I saw only charged each cell to normal 4.2V and not these HV at 4.35V. You can still use it but wouldn’t be making full use of the HV lipo capabilities.

Wish I Knew Before
I bought 4 of these along with a Mosquito XL BLv3 because this seemed like the right batt for that craft. AFTER buying them I started looking for a charging cable. I had no clue that nobody makes a GNB charging cable. It got me a little upset at first but then I said to myself it was an opportunity to practice soldering some wires. I'm a newb. It would be nice if NBD, which aims it's products at Newbies, would tell us this in the description. So I bought some connectors from Amazon (would've be nicer if NBD carried them so they could have my money instead) and soldered them to some banana plugs I had laying around. I won't be buying any more GNB connectors r batteries though cuz it's a pain to have different batteries with different connectors. I will probably swap these and the Squito XL pigtail to XT30 soon. Good batteries either than the connector issue.

This is a very good product.
The battery is decent as always. But the connector has been switched to XT30. Sorry GNB 27.
Update process is cumbersome, better if done with the VTX out of the quad. Also the update port is much flimsier than the earlier 2 antenna versions, IMO.
I use this mont for all my builds with a DJI O3 system. It comes with all the hardware nessassery and I like how is provides a small gap between the frame and the air unit so you can run wires under it. With all that said, it is still very low profile to fit on builds that use short 20mm standoffs too.
This thing is really fun and I haven't had to touch the PIDs at all. Super maneuverable on high rates and really mellow on low rates. I'm teaching my six year old grandson how to fly and he's doing great with it then raise the rates and I doing freestyle in my livingroom. Top off the performance with Newbeedrones awesome customer service and you can't lose. Newbeedrone is now my go to site for whoop stuff.
